Eligibility

PMP® application requirements (PMI®)

  • Path A: Bachelor’s (or global equivalent) and 36 months leading/directing projects
  • Path B: Secondary degree (high school diploma or equivalent national qualification) and 60 months leading/directing projects
  • Education hours: 35 contact hours (fulfilled by this course)
What counts as “leading/directing” experience?

Experience should reflect real responsibility for planning, directing, and delivering project work (predictive, agile, or hybrid) as framed by PMI’s Exam Content Outline.

Mr. Capone teaches and consults across Central Asia and Europe, specializing in modern project delivery methods (predictive, agile, and hybrid), data-driven risk management, and earned value management. He holds an MBA and is a Ph.D. ABD in Project Management. With over 30 years of experience leading projects and portfolios, he has directed university-wide digital transformation initiatives and several ICT projects in the European automotive cluster. He also contributes actively to project management research and publications, advancing both practice and education in the field.

Ms. Turgunova is a contract management professional with over six years of experience in EPC projects. She leads the Contract Department at a construction company in the oil and gas sector, managing compliance, change control, and stakeholder coordination. At British Management University, she lectures in Project Management and Supply Chain Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Kazakhstan-British Technical University and is PMP® certified.
